Hand press your own cooking oils at home,
and never run out of oil again!

Our manual oil extruder lets you process all sorts of oil seeds and nuts, extracting beautiful, pure, healthy cooking oils.

Expensive motorized oil presses are way out of budget for most homesteaders, but this high quality unit is well within reach. Process up to 11 lbs. of seeds or nuts per hour, producing up to gallon of oil per hour. You can press almost any type of oil seed or nut, giving you the freedom to forage a wide variety of trees, shrubs and plants that produce nuts and seeds, from which high quality cooking oils can be pressed.

Seeds and nuts can be pressed undecorticated, with no pre-treatment required. The press has a high extraction efficiency rate of 68-89%, depending on the oil seed. The design is exceptional and the manufacturing very high quality. This unit will never wear out!

Completely manual, with no external power source required, and the only maintenance needed is cleaning after use. The unit provides continuous expelling of oils while operated, and is so easy to use, a child can do it.

No de-shelling is required except for walnuts, hazelnut, and groundnuts. Seeds should be freed from any stones, sticks or sand before expelling, and be well dried. Big seeds such as walnut, oil palm kernels, coconut, etc., should be size reduced (hammered into pieces or grated) before being pressed for oils.

Once the pure cooking oils are extracted, the remaining press cake is a high protein food for animals. You can also use the unit to produce oils for biodiesel stock.

The oil press breaks down to a compact, easy to transport unit, weighing 6 pounds.
